As most are aware JKS was closed from JUne 11th-June 22nd, unexpectedly.
This has caused a huge back log of orders and i am working through them as quick as i can
For all those waiting on orders from Janet. Can we please ask 3 things
BE PATIENT – she is going as fast as possible
DO NOT EMAIL DAILY as all you are doing is clogging up and adding to over 600 emails unnecessarily which makes it twice as hard to sort through having to double check all the time
DO NOT CALL AND ABUSE HER – this is the height of rudeness when she has a great service but needed time off as WE ALL DO from time to time and is now doing her best to get all orders out as soon as possible
