Mothers Day Gift Cards are now available, just pop an email through to enquiries@jkscrossstitchsupplies.com.au (copy and paste to ensure its correct), all we need to know is, who it is for, who it is from and how much and we can pop out an invoice……..This will then be emailed back through to you after payment and the credit placed on the recipients account

To redeem a Gift Certificate, choose bank deposit at checkout, i will then manually apply the voucher and send out a new invoice if required.

We are looking at getting these on the website and automated but it is a tricky process, lol so still haven’t organised it

Just a quick note, Energy Australia have just informed me that our power will be interrupted tomorrow from 8am-4pm…….this means when you run an on line business you cant access anything, lol…….so there maybe a little delay tomorrow in getting back to you……and getting orders out

Morning all, just a quick note to let you know the shop is back open and ready to go……for the next 10-12 weeks, there may be a slight delay on getting orders out, by this i mean it may take 48 hours instead of the usual within 24 hours, i am now in a non walking plaster till July, so this has just slowed me down a little 🙂 Thanks for your patience whilst i was closed for the two weeks for the surgery

Christmas presents/Mothers Day presents, cheap as anything on most………time to make room for some new items

JKS Cross Stitch will be closing Tuesday 28th March and reopening on the Tuesday after Easter 11th April 2023, hoping 4 weeks notice gives you time to get orders in early

This is due to I have to go into hospital for major surgery and I am not expecting to be released until Easter, unless I can escape earlier, there are plans to escape but depends if Lance brings a wheelchair to help me or is enjoying the peace and quiet to much.

Orders may still be placed whilst I am closed but please note that postage will not resume until Tuesday April 11th

From this date for the next 3 months I am in a non walking plaster, so orders may take a little time to get out as I am relying on help from friends and family with packing orders until I become proficient in chucking wheelies on my knee scooter 🙂 So if you live local and fancy a few hours out, pop on over, kettle is always on and i love cake!!!!!!

Thanks for your understanding, but after 18 months of severe pain I have to bite the bullet and get this done.

Hard to understand but DMC have yet again increased their thread prices, raising the wholesale price to above what i sell them for, this is the second increase in as many months and although i totally understand, it makes it hard on me as a shop owner as once again i have to increase prices.

As from March 1st DMC will increase to 95c

A lot may be questioning how can Spotlight have their 90c sale until August, this is due to their greater bargaining power, they do not pay the same amount as small shop owners and hence are trying to make us close our doors to take over as the only DMC supplier, yes we all get from the same wholesaler.

So am really sorry everyone but if i keep my prices at 90c i am literally paying you to buy threads from me…………lets keep our fingers crossed that DMC do not increase their prices anymore this year

Now i am expecting an influx of orders to grab threads before the increase so please allow for extra time when your order has been placed.

I have noticed a fair few when ordering threads are ordering through the search tab which takes forever to find your threads.

First trick, make sure your threads are in numerical order

Then the quickest way to order is go to Cross Stitch Threads, then DMC 6 stranded Art 117 (its the first box) and start your order….the threads are all in numerical order and it takes a second to click add to cart……….or just click the link below to take you to the first page

Most of the new releases for Bothy are now in stock……….

Due to a severe storm cell that passed through our area on Thursday 9th Feb, JKS is running a day behind as we were flooded, will only affect orders received on this night as we are working tirelessly cleaning up the mess, before getting stuck back into work later today

I have just been notified by DMC that they have now decided not to realise this chest at the present time…..very sad i know, but will let you know if they change their mind.

Am hoping full size chests arrive shortly, as i was advised it would be in January
