AWS Outage

Morning all……yes i am still catching up from when i took a few days off, but i have hit a hurdle today……I use Xero for my invoicing to keep track of all transactions for payment etc but as below due to a worldwide outage it is affecting this……so parcels still leaving, but will have to spend time later doing a catch up with invoices……..so means for those who do require an invoice (phone customers) i simply cant do it at this present stage, nor apply any credits you may have…..will keep plodding along but this may put me a tad further behind as i wil need to sit down and invoice everyone later just into my system so as i can apply your payments

Investigating – Some customers continue to experience slowness and issues logging into Xero due to an ongoing global issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

AWS is a Xero third-party provider, and are working to rectify with urgency. Some customers can successfully login to Xero and we are monitoring.
