Hi all, ok i am taking some time to move all on sale items (not clearance) over to this new category…..

SALE ITEMS: Things Janet has on sale maybe for a week, maybe for ages, who knows

CLEARANCE ITEMS: These are one offs that cannot be purchased again once sold out.

It is going to take me some time to get this sorted and the website isnt behaving at the moment so some things in clearance are just not moving out like they should but check in regularly as i will keep doing more and more on this page, just slow progress at present i am afraid

PLEASE NOTE: If your postage costs are $3 or $4.50 this is priority envelope post, i upgrade to priority at no charge to you, but if these go missing in the mail, they are not covered for refunds.

Envelope post can als be slow, it can take anywhere from 2-3 days to 2-4 weeks to arrive, totally out of my hands

If your order charges envelope rates but will not fit in an envelope, i then upgrade at no charge to tracked postage for you.

The Clearance centre has been updated with some new products and a lot of items reduced even further, so as i can add more stuff, so pop in and take a look, a fair few items will also be going on sale in the coming weeks, so as i can make room to bring in more stock, this will include kits, charts etc, i will announce each sale in the Facebook Chat group, so once again keep an eye out

7 March 2025: Australia Post is working hard to prepare for Tropical Cyclone Alfred. The extreme weather conditions are impacting our mail and parcel networks and resulting in delivery delays in and out of northern NSW, down to Coffs Harbour, and all of Queensland.

The safety of our people and the community is our priority and we’re working with local teams to monitor the situation.

All Australia Post and StarTrack network operations in south-east Queensland and parts of northern NSW, down to Coffs Harbour are paused.

Post Offices in this region are also closed. Please visit Post Office locator for the latest information.

Our operations will recommence, and Post Offices will reopen when it is safe to do so.

Wattobiz now on website all charts in stock and new additions will be added as they become available

Wattobiz uses AI technology for their charts, which are stunning .

After discussion with Wattobiz, we have decided that these charts are now sent through email as a PDF, meaning we can sell them much cheaper

If a printed copy of the chart is required this can be done for an extra $5 plus $10.95 postage, as they are large charts and do not fit in an envelope.

If a hard copy is required, please place a message in notes and i will send through an invoice for this.

Please note the charts are charged at $15 plus $3 delivery……bringing the cost to $18 which is their correct sale price. As it only charges one delivery fee a separate invoice for an extra $3 per chart will be issued if more than one purchased. Pdf’s will not be sent till this extra payment is made.

I have tried working it with free shipping and making the retail cost to customers $18 but Woocommerce is not behaving and allowing this……….so i am sticking to the easy way out for the time being…….

Just an update on Sulky Threads, i have had these on back order since September and having a tough time with Sulky themselves and getting them to organise my parcels, so at this stage once out of stock they cannot be back ordered until Sulky are back on track and start sending parcels once more, for those who have Su;ky on back order i will be refunding these for the time being

Back in 2020 Mill Hill had issues with beads, this has flowed over onto kits and i am having great trouble accessing the range available, i have therefore taken the action of marking them out of stock until i can obtain them, as some are waiting 12 months plus for the kits, i will go through and start refunding those that have been waiting an eternity, but this will take me some time. I do apologise but this one is out of my hands……..As stock becomes available i will get them on order and back in stock asap
