All our parcels are sorted by weight sometimes this causes an undercharge on postage…..an example is a bobbin winder is very light but to big for an envelope, same applies for Kreinik, this is in new packaging unfortunately and no longer will go in an envelope, it must go tracked parcel rate.

If this happens we will send through an invoice if required at time of departure for the package, it doesn’t happen very often, if you do not wish to pay the extra postage we are more than happy to refund the parcel for you.

This was deemed the fairest way so as people do not get overcharged.

From September 1st parcels requiring extra postage will not be sent until this has been paid.

Bothy will be released this afternoon, as per agreement with Bothy we cannot advertise these until today UK time………so roll on about 3pm and we will get these up for everyone to look though

Stock is on the way, but at present they will all appear as back order until stock arrives, feel free to order and they will be sent the moment they land

Bothy are releasing a whole new range in just over a week, so to make room for them in the shop there is a sale on all Bothy Kits that are in stock. Check out the album and take a peek at whats on sale, sale ongoing still need to clear a lot out

NBN now has been restored and everything working tickety-boo again.

Will take me a little time to do a catch up on orders and update stock, but thanks everyone for your patience, Lance and I are back at work 🙂

At present my NBN has failed and we have a technician coming tomorrow morning to find the fault and fix it..

This means at the present moment i am working everything through my IPad or phone and i cannot print out orders, nor book in with Australia post and print labels.

I am running through hotspots at present, so as i can reply to all emails, so please feel free to place your order. Am hoping everything will be rectified when the technician arrives tomorrow

HI everyone…..we have just been informed of an NBN Outage in our area that could last for up to 24 hours, it is being worked on as i speak. So please feel free to place your orders but until the NBN is restored for me i cannot action any orders, as of course this is an online store!!!! thankfully a hotspot always works for updates like this………will let you know the moment i am back receiving notifications etc

Paddock Lane has now been thoroughly checked and whats in the folders is now all in stock. A lot of new fabric will be added in the coming week, thanks for your patience whilst i got this fixed up 🙂

At present a glitch in the Matrix has caused Paddock Lane fabrics to be out of sorts, i am working on these over the next few days and hoping to have them updated and sorted by Monday.

Please note at present if you are to order one it is possibly not in stock due to this glitch and may have to be hand dyed in the coming days.

Apologies for this glitch in the system, and I am sorting it as quick as we can, please check on Monday though as i am finding a lot in stock that are not on the site
