By now everyone is aware of the devastation of Covid-19 but you may not be aware of the disruption to services if this is your first time purchasing online. Flights to Australia are few and far between at the moment. Although supplies are still getting through there is a longer wait time than normal.
It also seems the world has gone ‘cross stitch crazy’ with everyone suddenly discovering this amazing hobby that we’ve known and loved for so long. So please expect longer than usual dispatch times from us. Our usual turnaround time pre Covid was only a couple of days. Now it is more like 2-3 weeks.
We’re doing everything possible to get your ‘stitchy mail’ to you as quickly as possible but please also be aware that Australia Post and other couriers are also struggling.
