You’ll notice that the same image may be duplicated in the Cross Stitch Kits. It’s not a mistake. One will be Aida fabric and the other may be Evenweave or Linen. This same thing applies to a lot of the kits I’ve recently uploaded, I’ve just forgotten to mention it.

Janet is getting a lot of these questions so I’m going to clarify it on her behalf. One of the biggest queries is along the lines of “I’ve been watching x product waiting for it to come into stock but it’s still showing as on backorder. Any idea when it’s going to come in?”

There’s several issues at play here.
~ Some Countries are still experiencing lockdowns and temporary closures meaning despite Janet placing an order with them they can’t despatch it if they are in lockdown.
~ There are very few passenger flights coming into Australia at the moment, so items that would’ve arrived by plane are now delayed with a lot of manufacturers having to find alternative transport methods such as ships.
~ And possibly the biggest thing that people need to be aware of. If you’re watching an item waiting for it to come into stock, Janet DOES NOT KNOW you’re wanting it. She’s unlikely to order it, especially if it’s an unusual item or not so popular colour of fabric. Unless you place your order for that item Janet is not going to know to order it from the manufacturer.

There are over 30,000 products on the website. Janet can not possibly keep stock of them all. So if you’re watching a product and waiting for it to come off of backorder there’s a pretty good chance it will never come into stock and be available unless you place an order for it.

This announcement is to let you know that the prize has already been found. Well done finding it within 35,000 ish products. I thought I made this one a bit easy but the next one will be tougher. I already know exactly where I’m placing it.
