UPS (the USA Postal Service) has temporarily suspended all postal deliveries to Australia due to Covid.

Some items on the website that state available on back order will be affected by this.

If you order one of these items we will notify you of the issue and it is then your choice whether to wait until UPS resumes deliveries or you can be refunded for your purchase.

This is OUT OF OUR CONTROL.  It is affecting businesses all over Australia, not just JK's.

The Government doesn't consider cross stitch supplies an 'essential service'.  Please be patient with delays in deliveries at the moment.
