Effective 6 September 2021 Australia Post has increased their prices. This will affect orders placed on today’s date (as I only just picked up on it).
It’s not a large increase. For eg $9.20 satchels are $9.30 etc. Larger weights of course are more.

New Zealand, however, benefits from this. The prices have reduced! This is because Australia Post only used to offer a price category where anything from 2kg to 5kg was the same price. They’re now offering increments of 500g in pricing from 2kg to 5kg. This means, for eg, instead of paying a 5kg price for a 3kg item you now only pay the 3kg price – a saving of close to $10.
